⚖️Your Rights Under RBI Regulations

If fraud happens due to bank's negligence (system breach, employee fraud), you have zero liability — full refund mandatory.

If you reported the fraud within 3 days of receiving communication: zero liability.

If reported within 4-7 days: liability capped at Rs.10,000 (for accounts with limits above Rs.5 lakh).

Bank must credit refund within 10 working days of your complaint — not after investigation, but upfront.
